I’ve tried their website with no luck and I’ve been scowering the net and am just frustrated at this point.

Try Corporate Care. It is through the Shawnee Mission Hospital. There is a location on Swift in NKC and one on College in Lenexa.

Go online to the MO dept. of Ins. They should have a link to an acceptable testing venue.
