I am not certain but often there are “medi centers” that would not cost you money. I would look in the phonebook for these, google it, or call the local hospital and ask them if they have such a center or if there’s one in the town.

Yes. However, it would be very expensive because you would have to pay for whatever the doctors would do.

Yes you can, then they will send you a bill which you are expected to pay.

I’m pretty sure its law in the US that even if you don’t have health insurance public hospitals can’t turn you away.

Yes. If you can’t afford the charges, then they can’t make you pay them.
