I am not certain but often there are “medi centers” that would not cost you money. I would look in the phonebook for these, google it, or call the local hospital and ask them if they have such a center or if there’s one in the town.

I’m pretty sure its law in the US that even if you don’t have health insurance public hospitals can’t turn you away.
