My friends x-boyfriend cheated on her with a male and she has no health insurance and no way to pay any medical bills. Can a nice persion please, help find a free testing clinic in Az,tempe or mesa?

Usually local health departments do free testing and if not they will work on a sliding scale based on your income.

Your local health department will usually do free AIDS test and VD tests. Check with them, and if they don’t do them for free they will be able to direct you some where that will.
